How We Deliver

We  supply to all markets directly to consumer.

We ship bikes, frames and spare parts worldwide! If you are purchasing from outside of the EU, our local sales tax is removed (currently 20%).

You will be liable for any import taxes and handling fees depending on import thresholds in your country.

All orders are shipped in tough, reusable, cardboard boxes, and are fully insured against damage in transit.

A tracking number will be supplied when the item leaves the workshop. Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail, and all large or heavy items are sent using TNT or DHL.

Delivery times quoted are for business days and do not include bank holidays and weekends.
